FCCA/NCBC Employee Dispute Resolution Training

Registration for the FCCA/NCBC hosted Employee Dispute Resolution (EDR) Training Program opened on Tuesday, January 16, 2018. Spots are filling up fast and we anticipate a capacity enrolment.  We suggest that you register as soon as possible to avoid the possibility of being placed on a waitlist.

The email invitation was sent to Court Unit Executives and we asked that they forward it to the appropriate individuals in their court. We intend to accommodate at least two registrants from each District and Bankruptcy Court, after which slots will be provided to other court units (Probation/Pretrial, Circuit Executives and Courts of Appeal), after the initial registration deadline has passed. We understand that some districts are consolidated or share services in related areas and we will adjust enrollment to these circumstances to the best of our ability.  If a district or bankruptcy court wants to send more than the two staff members, we will place those employees on a waitlist if we reach our room block capacity.

The EDR Training program will be held in Omaha, Nebraska on March 5-7, 2018. EDR Coordinators and other employees involved in the EDR program/process are the target audience. Because we have made financial commitments to the Omaha Hilton Hotel, we ask that all registered attendees, please make your lodging reservation at the conference hotel property.  The agenda is being finalized, but the anticipated schedule is:

Monday, March 5 - travel date
Tuesday, March 6 - full day of training
Wednesday, March 7 - half day of training and travel date

Thank you for your interest and support.

Brian Karth, President FCCA
Regina Thomas, President, NCBC
