The Deputy Clerks Council of FCCA consists of all deputy clerks who are members of the organization. The primary purpose of the FCCA Deputy Clerks Council is to be responsive to the specific needs and interests of the deputy clerk members, make recommendations and assist to the Board of Directors on matters affecting them, and to support and work closely with the Clerks Council on matters of mutual interest. The Deputy Clerks Council also administers the FCCA’s Career Guidance Program (CGP).
The FCCA President appoints a chairperson for the Executive Board of the Deputy Clerks Council. The Chair then works to appoint clerks to the Executive Board, which is comprised of one representative from each of the judicial circuits including the DC Circuit and other National Courts and the immediate past chairperson, all of whom are willing to contribute their time and talents to developing and working on projects to improve the Association.
