2024 Annual Conference

LOCATION AND DATES
The FCCA Annual Conference will be held in Denver, CO on July 8 – 11, 2024.
REGISTRATION INFO
Conference registration will open to court unit executives, lifetime members, and members who paid their 2024 membership dues by December 31, 2023, on Wednesday, May 8 at 2 PM EST. General registration will open on Wednesday, May 15 at 2 pm EST. E-mails announcing each registration opening date will be sent. Please do not share the registration link with others. We have capped registration at 400 and will institute a waitlist, if needed.
The conference registration fee is listed below. Guest tickets for optional events will be available for purchase during the registration process.

The conference registration fee includes a reception on Monday evening, and light breakfast on Tuesday, Wednesday, & Thursday. Only presenters who paid the registration fee, and paid members wearing conference name badges will be permitted to attend conference events, including meals.
NOTE: For attendees whose conference registration fee is paid for by their court, the breakfast cost is $18.00 for each day.
Registration Fees
The registration fee is $425.00 per participant. The fee can be paid via:
- Purchase order (PO) to the Federal Court Clerks Association emailed to treasurer@fcca.ws.
- Zelle to phone number (313) 617-0072.
- By credit card on the FCCA website (https://www.fcca.ws)
Electronic copies of the purchase orders can be sent to
treasurer@fcca.ws. On the purchase
order, please indicate the names of the individuals the PO covers. The mailing address for payment is Julie

Your purchase order or payment must be received by Monday, June 17
th, to guarantee your slot at the conference.
Please note, because the FCCA is obligated to pay for expenses based upon the number of
registered participants,
while substitutions are allowed up to 10 days before the event, this registration fee is non-refundable. We
apologize for this clause, but all group costs associated with this conference are funded solely from the registration fees collected. Refunding unanticipated
cancellations places future programs at risk of being suspended.
At the conclusion of the conference, an invoice for the registration fee will be emailed to you and the submitter
of the purchase order, and I ask that you forward it to the person responsible for payment in your office.

HOTEL INFO
Once you have registered for the conference, an email confirmation will be sent to you that will include the hotel booking link. Please note, only conference registrants will be permitted to make hotel reservations under the FCCA room block. If you are not registered for the conference and make a hotel reservation under the FCCA room block, your room will be cancelled. Please do not share the links with non-confirmed attendees.
The FCCA has negotiated a lodging rate at the conference hotel at the government rate of $201/night, plus taxes. A limited number of rooms are reserved for attendees that would like to arrive before the conference or stay after the conference, at the government rate.
TRANSPORTATION
The closest airport is Denver International Airport (DEN). The conference hotel is approximately 25 miles from DEN. If you are planning on using the ride sharing services, you should download their apps before arriving in Colorado.
CONFERENCE ATTIRE
Business/resort casual is suitable for all conference activities. It is recommended to bring a light sweater as meeting rooms can get chilly.
USE OF LIKENESS
By registering for this conference, I hereby grant the Federal Court Clerks Association permission to use my likeness in a photograph, video or other digital media in any and all of its publications, including web-based publications, without payment or consideration.
